Having A Problem?

Looking for Your Instructor?
To contact your instructor, use the Mail link in the course navigation menu. If you don’t see a Mail link or if you instructor hasn’t responded to your mail posting within 48 hours, you may contact him or her via the DSU website or via MyDSU.
Questions About Your Courses?
Whether they are fully online or meet several hours per week in the classroom, all DSU courses feature a Blackboard-CE6 component. If your instructor is using the course management system (CMS), you will generally see announcements and course materials posted in the "course shell."
If there is no content available by the official course start date and you are enrolled in a fully online course, you should contact the university department offering the course.
If you are enrolled in a web-enhanced or hybrid course, you should ask your instructor about the online component of the course during your in-class meeting.
New to the Online Environment?
If you are new to online courses and find yourself wondering how to move around the CMS, use the system’s context sensitive Help link in the upper right hand of the interface. Context sensitive help is available at all times in your course, providing information that pertains to the section of the course you are currently viewing.
Additional Help
If you continue to have difficulties with the CMS, you may find the BB-CE6 online tutorials helpful or you may wish to attend short workshops offered by the Office of Information Technology. Check their website or OIT's Electronic Learning Network (ELN).
