The OIT-ELN provides instructional technology support for the DSU community. Of central importance to the university is its course management system (CMS), Blackboard-CE6 (formerly WebCT). We offer a wide range of support to faculty (and students) who use the system for web-enhanced, hybrid/blended, and fully online courses.

After hours, faculty should follow the Help-for-Students script (and call the 24/7 Help Desk). Faculty who have questions about or need assistance with course development and e-pedagogy are encouraged to attend the OIT-ELN Workshops or schedule an appointment with the Director of Instructional Technology to devise a course development and design strategy.
